Welcome to DNA Global Travel USA. By accessing our website, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Our Services

DNA Global Travel USA LLC provides travel-related booking services, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, tours, and customized travel packages.

DNA Global Travel USA acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, booking platforms, and other travel service providers.

Bookings are subject to availability, confirmation, and the applicable terms and conditions of the respective travel supplier.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices may change before a booking is confirmed due to changes in availability, fares, currency exchange rates, taxes, fees, or supplier conditions.

By submitting an order and proceeding with payment, you authorize DNA Global Travel USA LLC and its payment service providers to process the payment for your order.

3. Customer and Booking Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate traveler, contact, billing, and payment information.

Before completing payment, customers are responsible for reviewing the information provided and confirming that traveler names, travel dates, destinations, and other booking details are correct.

For airline bookings, passenger names must match the traveler's valid identification or passport where required.

Any costs resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, including name corrections, ticket changes, or rebooking fees, are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are subject to our Return and Refund Policy and, where applicable, the cancellation and refund rules of the airline, hotel, tour operator, or other travel supplier.

Some bookings may be non-refundable or subject to supplier cancellation penalties.

If a customer cancels an eligible booking, the refund will be returned to the original payment method. A cancellation or processing fee of up to 5% of the total order amount may apply, in addition to any applicable supplier fees or non-refundable amounts.

If DNA Global Travel USA is unable to fulfill a confirmed booking due to an error for which we are responsible, the customer will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid for the affected booking.

Approved refunds will be initiated by DNA Global Travel USA within 5 business days. Additional processing time may be required by the customer's bank, card issuer, or payment provider before the funds appear in the customer's account.

5. Changes and Modifications

Any changes requested after booking confirmation, including travel date changes, name corrections, flight or hotel changes, or itinerary modifications, are subject to availability and the applicable supplier's rules.

Fare differences, supplier fees, service fees, or other additional charges may apply.

6. No-Shows

Failure to use a confirmed booking or appear at the required time without prior cancellation may be considered a no-show.

Depending on the applicable supplier's policy, a no-show may result in the loss of the booking and may not be eligible for a refund.

7. Third-Party Travel Suppliers

DNA Global Travel USA facilitates bookings with independent third-party travel suppliers.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DNA Global Travel USA is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or service issues caused by third-party suppliers, including:

  • Flight delays, schedule changes, or cancellations
  • Hotel overbooking or accommodation-related issues
  • Changes or cancellations made by travel suppliers
  • Baggage delays, loss, or damage
  • Changes in supplier availability
  • The quality or delivery of services provided by third-party suppliers

Claims relating directly to services provided by a third-party supplier may also be subject to that supplier's terms, conditions, and policies.

8. Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have all documents required for their trip, including valid passports, visas, transit visas, permits, and any other required travel documentation.

Customers are also responsible for checking applicable entry, transit, immigration, health, vaccination, and other travel requirements before departure.

DNA Global Travel USA is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed travel, or other losses resulting from a customer's failure to meet applicable travel requirements.

9. Pricing and Booking Errors

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate pricing, booking, and availability information.

However, pricing or availability errors may occasionally occur due to incorrect information provided by suppliers, technical issues, system errors, or other circumstances.

If an obvious pricing or availability error occurs, DNA Global Travel USA reserves the right to correct the error or cancel the affected booking.

If payment has already been collected for a booking that is canceled due to such an error, the applicable amount paid for the affected booking will be refunded.

10. Events Outside Our Control

DNA Global Travel USA is not responsible for delays, cancellations, changes, or disruptions caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, airport closures, government actions, civil unrest, public health emergencies, or similar events.

Refunds, cancellations, or booking changes resulting from such circumstances remain subject to the policies of the applicable travel supplier.

11. Payments and Fraud Prevention

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and authorized payment information.

DNA Global Travel USA reserves the right to request additional information or verification where reasonably necessary to verify a transaction.

We may decline, suspend, or cancel a transaction where fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or misuse is reasonably suspected.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DNA Global Travel USA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or services provided by third-party travel suppliers.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our liability relating to a specific booking shall be limited to the amount paid to DNA Global Travel USA for that booking, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an order, proceeding to payment, or otherwise using our booking services, you confirm that the information you have provided is accurate and that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and our Return and Refund Policy.

Where our checkout requires confirmation of these policies, you must accept them before proceeding with payment.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Any updated version will be posted on our website with a revised Effective Date. Changes will apply from the date the updated Terms become effective.
