All bookings made through DNA Global Travel USA are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective airlines, hotels, and service providers.

2. Flight Bookings

Flight tickets are subject to the fare rules and cancellation policies of the airline.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the airline’s policy. Some tickets may be non-refundable.

3. Hotel Reservations

Hotel bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective hotel or supplier.

Certain reservations may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees.

4. Travel Packages

Refunds for travel packages depend on the terms of each included service (flights, hotels, tours).

Partial refunds may apply depending on which services have been used or canceled.
