Booking & Payment Terms
All prices displayed are subject to change based on availability and supplier policies.
Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).
Any transaction fees or bank charges are the responsibility of the client.
Cancellation & Modifications
All bookings are subject to our Refund Policy (detailed below).
Some modifications may require additional fees, depending on supplier policies.
The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations by suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.).
Liability Disclaimer
DNA Global Travel LLC acts as an intermediary between clients and suppliers and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by suppliers.
The company is not liable for any losses or damages caused by flight cancellations, delays, or visa issues.
The client agrees that the company is not responsible for errors or incorrect information provided by suppliers.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Any legal disputes related to our services shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the United States, as applicable.
In case of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before legal action.

Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund Conditions
Cancellations within 24 hours of booking: Full refund minus processing fees
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the service date: 70% refund subject to supplier policies.
Cancellations less than 7 days before the service date: Refund eligibility depends on the supplier’s policy.
Refund Policy Exceptions
Non-refundable airline tickets: Once confirmed, these tickets cannot be refunded.
Non-refundable hotel and car rental bookings: Some deals are non-refundable, and this will be clearly indicated before payment.
Payments made via cryptocurrency: Additional transaction fees or restrictions may apply to refunds.
Refund Request Process
Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] along with booking details.
Refund processing may take 7-14 business days, depending on the payment method.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
